Wall street are the ones who put out press like "business is great, why don't people care" etc. Trying to sell this market as viable with no growth, I mean.

Here are some great athletes to own:

* Car Washes
* Dry Cleaners
* Coin-Op Laundro Mats
* Finger nail store
* Gas Stations
* Franchises of things like Dunkin' Doughnuts or something cool like a Harley Davidson dealership.
* Doctor's practices (which you can buy for a P/E of less than 1.5x)

Start with one. Then buy another, and another.... You'll make millions. And btw, the American system is loaded with incentives to encourage small business.
