"Anybody know the answer?" That's on account of N. Korea actually has WMDs. It is safe to attack a nation that has WMDs, so long as it doesn't actually have them, but under no circumstances should a nation that has WMDs, and actually has them, be attacked. I learned to talk like that from Donald Rumsfeld.

I think its because Asians aren't hijacking planes and flying them into buildins, loading bombs with exlosives and trying to topped WTC 1 into WTC 2, or making boat bombs and crashing them into U.S. warships. Ramzi Yousef, Iraqi Intelligence agent.
