In Nevada, the Corporation must report to the State the name of the directors once a year. The Corp must also register the name of their Agent who has the name and address of the person who holds the Corporate records (shareholders). If someone chose to they could appoint a BOD who serves for a single day, appoints a President, gives Him/Her complete control of the company and then resigns. There is no requirement to register for another year. The Agent could also resign or be fired after registering with the State. The person who holds the Corporate records is not required to reside within US jurisdiction. So.... The DOB has resigned, the Agent has resigned and the holder of the Corporate records is living in Paraguay, or at least at last report... Next year there is a new Board (for 1 day) a new agent and the holder of the Corporate records now lives in Crete, at last report...

It only gets more complicated from there.
