I'm not so sure about that. If a religion is written and it's laws are such that they can be used by people to commit murder in the name of their god I tend to think it is the religion that is at fault. Most of the world class religions have changed with the times to accommodate a more modern view point... IMO the people within islam that are radicals are following their written word in the koran.
