So "relaxed" that they would give you a medal for executing a wounded man that posed no threat? You don't seem to high the US in very high regard.

In fact, during the Vietnam war, the criteria for earning medals was relaxed substantially.

Apparently they weren't relaxed enough to assign a medal for throwing your boots up on the desk of your Alabama campaign office bragging about how much you'd drunk the night before.
