I've caught fiesty 5 lb. bass that don't "..Flip-Flop.." as much as LURCH & PUGSLEY...!!!

Kenneth, please try to stop being an ASS. Bush is reading the commission report personally. He has publicly stated that many of the commissions findings have already been implemented and that he is studying the rest to see if they are feasible, and if so has stated he expects to act quickly under an EXECUTIVE ORDER rather then wait for Congress. Personally, I think the big hangup will be this SUPER position that oversees all the other departments and is Cabinet level. I see a vast new hierarchy of bueracracy there that might more easily be overcome in some other way, such as merely including them under the department of homeland security or something like that. Whatever Bush finally decides I am sure it will be in the best interests of OUR NATION, and not FRANCE or the UN. jdn
