Motorola just commented that the three major players in OFDM IP are themselves, Samsung and Korea Inc. (ETRI?). Flarion is a smaller player along with a variety of other companies. Qualcomm has recently shown some interest and brought OFDM into 3GPP2 in the last couple of weeks.

I'll say it again. Motorola seems to have made a major commitment to OFDM.
