Ted, re: Besides, if CJ is talking about a system closer to the European model of multiparties as I took him to mean, a third party would do more than influence policy.......it would take an active role in governing the country. At least that's what I would like to see. We've got a third party, and they run the executive branch; the Neo's. Oh right, I forgot, that an ideology, not a party. Nobody voted for the Neo Party, they just evolved from the "compassionate conservatives". John
