Do I remember that morning??? Are you serious? Of course I do and was listening Imus when the first plane hit...yes, many including me thought it was probably a small plane. I switched to the TV and in the next few moments my daughter called me to tell me a neighbor, a NYC fire captain, got a call and was told it was a big plane. About then the second tower was hit while I was watching....there was not doubt what was going on. Now here is Bush's version as he first described it to a reporter....

kurtnimmo.com

"Bush: “Well, Jordan, [apparently a reporter] you’re not going to believe what state I was in when I heard about the terrorist attack. I was in Florida. And my Chief of Staff, Andy Card – actually, I was in a classroom talking about a reading program that works. I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower – the TV was obviously on. And I used to fly, myself, and I said, well, there’s one terrible pilot. I said, it must have been a horrible accident. But I was whisked off there, I didn’t have much time to think about it. And I was sitting in the classroom, and Andy Card, my Chief of Staff, who is sitting over here, walked in and said, ‘A second plane has hit the tower, America is under attack.’”

Of course, there was no live footage of the first plane hitting the WTC. Video footage taken by a French TV crew working on a documentary surfaced later, but there was no live footage.

And what about that “there’s one terrible pilot” comment? Is this the first thing Bush thought after watching a video that does not exist? Most of us thought about the loss of life and were horrified and yet Bush makes a joke about a pilot. It reveals a whole lot about his state of mind and what kind of man he is.

“But I knew I needed to act. I knew that if the nation’s under attack, the role of the Commander-in-Chief is to respond forcefully to prevent other attacks from happening. And so, I’ve talked to the Secretary of Defense; one of the first acts I did was to put our military on alert.”

He didn’t talk with the Secretary of Defense. He sat there with grade school kids reading a goat story. Bush wasted precious time. 40 minutes later a plane crashed into the Pentagon.

“Bush has been caught in a monumental lie here and it is just one of the endless daily lies that gush forth from the lips of this lying imbecile, who is currently a national hero,” writes David Icke. “So news media, where are you when a real story is set before you? I would appreciate it if people could circulate this to all the news media you can think of and bombard the White House with requests for a statement about the provable, blatant, lies of the President of the United States about one of the darkest days in US history.”

Instead of journalists asking questions about Bush’s behavior, they make excuses for him.

re: JP explains to me what a great leader Bush was doing on 9-11"

LOLOLOL!!! JP knows what a great leader does!!! Everyone knows what a great leader does in times of crisis....he takes charge. He doesn't freeze and he doesn't lie about what he did. You no doubt have not seen the seven minute video...you're a KoolAid drinker just like great leader JP.....
