Considering that the Humvee (the civilian hummer) was introduced in 1992, it seems absurd to use this as evidence that it is GWB's policies that encourage gas guzzling. If this was a valid indicator, it would seem that Clinton would get the bulk of the blame. The only real way that gas guzzling can be encouraged is by lowering oil prices. I don't know about you, but I am paying a lot more for a gallon of gas than I was 4 years ago. I guess I don't understand the logic in your message.
