I was doing paperwork at the dining room table, sort of halfway listening, halfway not, to much of the convention this evening, but when Ron Reagan came on, I had to leave the room and go somewhere else in the house where I could not hear him. Shortly afterwards, Chris turned off the TV, he couldn't take it either.

That man is despicable.

Re: Hillary for 2008. She won't keep her looks, such as they are, long enough, is my guess. Americans like goodlooking politicians these days. I know, meow meow, and all that, but that's my bet. She looks tired all the time as it is. Not that I blame her, she has a tough schedule. But presidents are made out of tougher stuff.
