JP Morgan is taking a more conservative cycle forecast on Semis and therefore cuts ests and several ratings: firm downgrades AMKR to Underweight from Neutral and cuts their EPS ests for 2004 and 2005 to (0.08) and $0.28 from $0.16 and $0.70; CYMI cut to Neutral from Overweight and EPS ests for 2004 and 2005 cut to $1.38 and $2.45 from $1.50 and $3.75; TER cut to Underweight from Neutral and EPS est for 2005 cut to $1.55 from $1.98; AMAT cut to Neutral from Overweight and EPS ests for 2005 cut to $1.25 from $1.30; BRKS cut to Neutral from Overweight and EPS ests for 2005 cut to $1.45 from $2.00; VSEA cut to Neutral from Overweight and EPS ests for 2004 and 2005 cut to $1.58 and $2.10 from $1.65 and $3.15; UCTT upgraded to Overweight from Neutral and EPS est for 2005 cut to $0.80 from $0.90; and MTSN upped to Overweight from Neutral and EPS ests for 2004 and 2005 cut to $0.67 and $0.95 from $0.70 and $1.40
