I added Jim Hall's "Concierto de Aranjuez" to my Amazon wish list. Thanks.

I tried to add "Kansas City" to my Netflix queue. They do not have it and and the companion "Jazz '34" does not even seem to be available on DVD.

It sounds like my kind of movie but I cannot place it. I coincidentally found myself enjoying two Robert Altman movies back to back - "Gosford Park" on cable and "The Company". I really was surprised how much I enjoyed "The Company" as I am not a traditional fan of ballet.

Probably not unlike the movie "Kansas City" the plot of "The Company" is an OK but not especially compelling glue to hold some stunning visual and musical sequences together.

Maybe "Kansas City" will run on cable.
