Every medical bill from every doctor, hospital and other service should be required to carry the proportion that is sucked off by malpractice insurance, and labeled, "Tort Lawyer Fee". The same goes for every drug receipt: "Amt Reserved for Class Action Suits."

Sunlight is the best disinfectant, and the domestic enemy HATES sunlight...

I don't even practice in the area of medical negligence but I see a lot of it in my workers compensation cases.
