CHeny is out here in Ca............souther n Ca I think. Cheney's campaigning is just another was for them to keep people looking away from the Dems and trying to capture the press's attention that isn't wrapped up in cable coverage. Most of the coverage of the convention is from the cable channels. Cheney is trying to capture that audience that isn't watching or doesn't have cable. ( I think). Teresa is one of many very wealthy individuals who turned to the Democrats as a result of the Bush administration.........Soros, Gates,and Warren Buffet to name a few.
