Yes, in their case to be delivered by becoming really proper Muslims in a proper Sharia environment, so that Allah will deliver the promised harmony, power, and prosperity.

OBL and his family did prosper before he became a terrorist. Even many of his underlings come from middle or upper class families. Its not a bunch of poor downtrodden people striking out against someone who has oppressed and impoverished them.
