I didn't think that Bill was referring to Kerry talking about his war record in a literal sense, tho maybe he was. I was speaking of the democratic campaign in general continuously pointing out Kerry's war record. The Bushie tactic of making up any old story for the sole purpose of creating doubt and then making a mantra out of it, droning over and over until it becomes "the truth" has been very successful. Such is the case here: Sofffft on defense. Soffffft on defense. Soffffft on defense. The dems must out-drone them. Purrrrple hearts. Purrrrple hearts. Purrrrrple hearts.

Personally, I really don't care who's got the better military record. I'd rather have a president who's good at making peace, not war.

K
