To me it doesn't matter how he did it. The point is he is doing it while then claiming that the middle class and upper middle class making 100K to 250K paying 40% in taxes aren't paying their fair share. He also claims to be for all kinds of programs to help the poor the downtrodden, then you look at 10 years plus of his tax returns and find out the guy didn't give just a few thousand dollars over a decade to charity and many years gave ZERO. What kind of suppossedly compassionate democrate is this?

Kerry's lack of charitable contributions is legend around here. Local reporters have a field day every year when he files his taxes.
