Here's where I come from: I don't care what anybody does behind closed doors as long as I don't have to pay for it. I do find the gay/lesbian movement disturbing and self-serving, more an artifact of "anything goes" than of any particular need. Beyond that I really don't care, as long as I don't pay and people don't start trying to propagate that lifestyle around my children and those I care about. The marriage act carries with it onerous responsibilities quite beyond lifestyle, far more outreaching than just a ring and a piece of paper. I'm sure we'll be seeing complaints when somebody says "Well, I shouldn't have to pay this person of the same sex half of my income for life just because I married him/her. I shouldn't have to support his/her kid. It's not a real marriage anyhow, since there's no possibility of procreation." People should think about that before demanding that society bow to their demands, because society will hold their feet to the fire someday... Perhaps because I just don't pay attention to such matters, I've only known a handful of lesbians and no overtly homosexual people (that I know of). The ones I knew minded their own business, which is the way everybody should do. The question about kholt.exe was NOT a joke, but a serious question. I started noticing this pop-up message identifying kholt.exe as a program with a problem that was going to shut down. Then I started noticing your moniker and on the off chance it wasn't a coincidence I thought you might know something about kholt.exe. Think nothing of it, and I'm sorry if the question bothered you. It's just a coincidence, I think.
