If our true goal was the elimination of HEU nuclear proliferation threat, we would have given the global securing of all HEU the priority it deserves.

There is enough HEU and other fissile material available in the world to build 200,000 nuclear weapons is why.

Did you read the report?

Did you note where a lot of that HEU is located?

It is a very difficult task, in a word.

But I agree with you that it is a goal that we should attempt.

..meaningful anti-proliferation efforts.. Is the Proliferation Security Initiative not worthwhile IYO?
