Bush's 87 billion is now gone, squandered, not accounted for and not yet paid for. Bush's big fight with Kerry-Biden was over the fact Kerry-Biden wanted the very rich to give up a small fraction of their tax cut to pay for the 87 billion. No way, declared the Bushies. And now the Bushies lie outrageously that Kerry "voted against body armor" etc. which was what Kerry was the first to fight FOR. Amazing lies on the right. Does anyone believe their crap? Scary if they do.
