Well, we have disarmed them. And we are not going to sponsor future terrorist actions on their part like Saddam's government did. We're taking heat from antiwar types about the terrorists we've detained in Guatanamo so presumably you wouldn't want us to detain them forever. About the only other thing we could do is hand them over to Tehran, something which human rights groups oppose. I think we both know what would happen if we did that.

So what do you think we ought to do with the 3,000 detainees? Do you care or is your only interest in them is that they give you an excuse to accuse the US of harboring terrorists - as you've already done?

Hmm, you are making a big point about this terror outfit which happens to have been Saddam-sponsored. I guess it would still be in operation if the US had left Saddam in power as you propose we should have done.
