<my bet is there is at least a little more left in this POG rally> I am hoping for a lot more. <g> Of course it will no doubt be 2005 or so before the big rallies. We have to get the trade and budget balances more out of whack first. LOL. And even in my business we need to kick up Real Estate prices and other 75% and loan 125% on all refi's and purchases instead of just a measely 100%. I don't know about the rest of the fiscal world (above mentioned balances) but I can tell you 1st hand it is a mess in the lending world. WE NEED AN HONEST ACCOUNTANT FOR PRESIDENT NOT ANOTHER LAWYER. SORRY JOE. <g>
