It looks like these guys have about 600 Million searches per month (per the homepage). I believe Enhance.com has in the neighborhood of 1.2 Billion per month.

Obviously some quick math would say they just increased their search traffic by about 50%. Enhance.com as a standalone entity did about $23 Million last year. Up from $10 Million in '02.

I would guess that they are on pace to do around $29 to $32 Million this year. Trafficleader will probably contribute $10 to $12 Million.

Now the trick is to calculate Goclick's 2004 revenue. I would guess it to be significantly less than Enhance's revenue (based upon the purchase price). A conservative guess for 2004 revenue would be in the $7 to $10 Million range. Take the average of $8.5 Million and say that it will be as of this date... 2004 Revenue contribution will probably be in the $4 to $5 Million range.

Thus total revenue for Marchex for 2004 should be in the range of $43 to $49 Million.

One thing to keep in mind is that this is the first acquisition for MArchex as a public company. They now have the stock for currency. I would wonder what percentage was stock and what was cash. It was probably $2.5 Million in cash with $10 Million in stock. That would translate into approximately 1 million more shares outstanding.
