<<...GWB has never made his military service an issue...>>

I wonder why...? The media has had trouble documenting that our president actually followed through on his commitment to the Air National Guard.

GW has certainly made his so-called "military record" an issue. He landed on the aircraft carrier in a flight suit claiming to be a jet jockey and lying that he had landed the plane, when he had two expert pilots doing it for him. He then lied to Tim Russert saying he'd performed all his duties for the Guard, insinuating the Guard then was the same as the Guard now (when it was just the opposite, a way then to avoid the war). Bush still hasn't explained how he was able to take 15 months off his mandatory Guard service and skip off to Harvard Business School. Or where was he when he was supposed to be reporting in Alabama in 1972?

Also, you lying rightwingers make it an issue by slandering war hero John Kerry's sterling military record. same as you di to McCain and Cleland.
