The Bushie phony energy crisis of 2000-2001 did not just affect California. True, that was their #1 target, but energy prices across the country (and around the world) zoomed up. Prince Bandar must have been in on it too to accomplish that. So the entire Texas oil CEO group plus Pandar and the Kuwaitis help Bush and help themselves to our money. If you don't believe it was all rigged study: 1) The evidence from Enron, including taped boasts 2) Woodward's description of Bandar promising to lower oil prices for Bush's re-election 3) How the "crisis" and "shortage" ended and turned into a glut the days after Jeffords switched parties giving Dems subpoena powers. BTW: We are in the midts of more massive gouging now. I heard an oil analyst say that at least 20% of the price we now pay could be gouging/rigging of prices by top allies of Bush.
