I think that the issue of pervasive Viet Nam attrocities has been raised to a level at which, we as the public have the right and the need to know... is the Kerry record an urban (jungle) legend or sound and factual on the basis that he presented it.

Corroboration of his reports should be mandated. Names, places, dates etc.
