Yep. Incensed some Republicans in the bargain. Still, given the results of some of their elections, the purging of non-felonious felons and the rumors swirling around Deibold, it might not be a bad idea...

Unfortunately, it can't be done without approval of the government. Which sorta defeats the purpose. I mean, who is usually in the position of stealing an election but the government? If they were going to steal it, why would they invite monitors?
