Fine if they catch him. It will be a good thing. I'll just be highly suspicious if after more than three years of searching, he turns up just before the election this fall. It won't matter what I think though, the American people will be overtaken with emotion at the capture of the arch-villian Bin Laden, and Bush will receive a boost in the polls, probably enough to win. I read something recently that the Bush Admin is leaning on the Pakastanis to produce Bin Laden before the election. They're giving them financial incentives to find the bastard. Now, you don't think they want to find him by Nov 2nd so Bush can have him over for Dinner?

Ben Laden is an asset for the Jews/Israel and the Republican Party. Bush's popularity would be in the 30 percent level if it wasn't for Bin Laden. The Israeli and Jewish-American lobby could not demand the invasion of Iraq, Iran, Syria, etc. without the catalyst of Bin Laden and 9/11!

The ancient Roman maxim, QUI BONO (who benefits), says it all. When in confusion or doubt about what causes such cataclysmic events such as 9/11 and the Iraqi War, then use QUI BONO and it will help you arrive at the engine driving these events.
