It seems to me to expensive for non - peak utilization as cost per Kw is about 50% above the price for coal power plant. It may make sense for a country who needs to import coal but on the either hand they have discovered NG of shore so to me it does not add up.http://www.solel.com/products/pgeneration/tkey_fields/

They still need boilers and steam turbines and coolers which is very low efficiency arrangement. Same would be much more profitable in combined stage - e.g some NG turbine with solar heated oil for steam
