John Kerry and the VVAW worked closely with America's wartime enemies, arranged multiple meetings with the North Vietnamese and Vietcong leadership, and consistently supported their positions. Kerry and his radical comrades also played a key role in defining the false, damaging image of Vietnam veterans as psychologically disabled alcoholics and addicts, haunted by the crimes they had been forced to commit in a "racist" war And yet, no charges of treason were ever brought against him, while I understand that old man now who defected to N. Korea 50 YEARS AGO is likely to face charges. My brother fought in N. Korea and was wounded twice, not scratches like Kerry CLAIMS but wounds that put him in the hospital in Japan for 6 weeks at a time, yet even he doesnt feel that old man did nearly the damage to him that Kerry did to me and my fellow servicemen. jdn
