I think part of the decreased press coverage in Iraq is that they just go out when the American military goes out from the green zone. The military isn't leaving the green zone, and neither is the American press. Bush having the troops hunker for a while has kept the press down too. I don't blame them, Iraq is becoming as much of a dangerous hellhole as Lebanon or Mogadishu was. For Bush, no news is good news from Iraq. It doesn't mean it's improving there.
