I've read all those quotes from Democrats from 1999 and 2000 saying Saddam needed to be overthrown. Bush had nothing to do with 'educating' these two senators about Iraq.

Kerry was right about the 87 billion. it should have been accounted for, part of should have been a loan and it should have been paid for by the 1% richest American giving back a small piece of their overly generous tax break.
