First lesson I learned when I moved to management, don't fear making a mistake. The only way to insure you don't make a mistake is do nothing. Make a decision based on the best info available and that is all you can do. Folks that come in afterwards to criticize have never made a decision in their lives IMO and just gain strength by sniping. Those who critique and offer helpful suggestions for the next time are truly helpful. There doesn't seem many on the left that understand this at this stage. Politics I guess.

I completely disagree. It's not a negative at all. It is just not a pre-disposition to go to war because of an old grudge. Everybody now knows that the predisposition was there. It's been very well documented.
