Buddy, I don't think there is any doubt whether non-defense spending would increase more quickly under Kerry than Bush. The only question is whether the tax receipt gains Bush is beginning to enjoy now from a recovering economy will offset his spending as compared to what Kerry would pick up from tax increases.

I definitely see Bush as the lesser of two evils there with drastic spending cuts on the horizon no matter who wins.

But, as noted before, 911 changed everything and national security is trump. Bush is an easy choice over Kerry--MK--
