That is just plain un-true. Clinton exchanged fuel oil in EXCHANGE for them NOT producing nukes. Where do you rightwingers come up with these outrageous lies? Shame on you again and again.

BTW: Bush is now (at long last) adopting the exact same policy toward NK as Clinton. Total flip-flop. Actually, Bush is also largely ignoring foreign policy, AWOl all the way.
