He pretty much specializes in being selected for a Board position with the understanding that he doesn't have to come to Board meetings or place a vote. Given the history of companies that have had him on their BOD, if you own the stock you should sell as soon as you find out. If you are employed there,drop everything immediately and run, don't walk to the nearest head hunter and give them your resume, verbally if you have to.
