In other words, do unto others as you would have them do unto you? Kill or be killed? I think we are in agreement. Correct me if I'm wrong. At the suggestion of the University based on my SAT scores, I once took a philosophy course. Some of the issues that were being argued seemed like givens. It was so obscure for me I had to drop out. I guess that's the way I was brought up, and I'm at a disadvantage with people such as yourself with a great deal of philosphy and ethics training. It seems like our country is on firm ground vis a vis Iraq, based on your principles.
