Money makes the world go round, not religion. Religion is a convient tool for controlling the masses in just about every country. You really don't think that most wars are essentially about control of some sort of resource or another, be it human or material? You really think the U.S.'s Mid East policy is determined by some hidden desire to control the Holy Land?

I mean, I know the religous wackos have taken over a large segment of our government, but I don't think they have a hidden agenda to take over the holy land is a whole other matter. They've got enough problems trying to control this country. I'm starting to think you're pulling my leg with all this religous stuff. I mean, it's crafty the way you rephrase things to fit a religous context, and it's is rather amusing, but the underlying assumption doesn't bear out in reality.

The U.S. has proven over and over again throughout history that our military is used to further economic and political interests. What was the Viet Nam War all about? Were we over there with a secret agenda to stop Budhism? Or was the secret agenda really more like the bonanza in profits for the military industrial complex and the prospecting for oil by David Rockerfeller's oil gaint? You'd have a hard time putting Viet Nam in a religous context.
