It's all a question of the timing as to when people would begin to realize it. The 2004 election was OVER when the network cameras caught the Democrat ambulance-chasers high-fiving each other in 2000, after getting a judge to toss the ballots of military personnel serving overseas. All the rest since has been a matter of degree. There is NO LONGER ANY doubt...
