Well, ideally you would find a partner in the other camp, both of you willing to take the challenge at the same time. Don't want it to get too lopsided you know.

It is an honor thing. I think most people, yes even Bush supporters, would play by the rules and not post for a year. It is for this reason, plus a lot of FEAR/INSECURITY, that so few people IN EITHER CAMP are willing to take the challenge.
