I agree msft wants to keep things lower than the other players. But at this point, I think we have had enough of a shakeout so that most surviving companies are either profitable or not desperate for cash. Companies like juniper for example, they have plenty of cash. A lot of companies are generating a lot of cash flow now. But still, we need better stock prices. Executives don't make much in SV, many CEOs make about 400K/year and then the sales VPs 300K so 1/5-1/10 of what execs make in other industries. They are working for stock. Star engineers are really upset because they make $125K and are being asked to work themselves to the bone for nothing unless we get a better naz
