Well, as I have said, I do not bet in so meaningless a way. It is just a matter of principle. I do think Bush will win, but I am certainly not sure of it. The data is just too fluid, despite that it does support my view. So a bet for Bush of any amount would essentially be a meaningless exercise in wishful thinking - a false showing of "loyalty." I personally am not that attached to Bush. I instead despise Kerry, since he is a demonstrable fraud.

I also don't want to see you liars disappear from the forums should you lose, else we victors won't have anyone to kick after the election. Kerry is not getting the bump he anticipated. Despite all the hogwash in Boston, he is still tied with Bush. It doesn't look too good for your guy. Stick around. Afterward I'd like to make fun of you and rub Bush's re-election in your face for an entire four years.

Interesting...

I'll take you up on this part of your proposal:

the loser has to stay off political SI boards for a year

If Bush wins, you stay off of SI political threads for 1 year.

If Kerry wins, I will stay off of SI political threads for 1 year.

Is it a bet?
