This is what makes the deal suspect--people with character don't need to defend themselves, tell the world how great they are. They generally let the facts speak for themselves.

So I guess people with character don't play dress-up in flight suits and pretend to have been real military pilots by landing on aircraft carriers to prop up their "war credentials"?

It can possibly take years to recognized the advantages of freeing Iraq.

Here is a case of the Panama Canal, that took 20,000 lives in the first 11 years before the French quit.

It was mighty battle between mother nature and the best equipment that money can buy. And mother nature fought all the way to the end, when victory was achieved.
For 32 long years.

As each setback arrived, a solution was found.

The same will occur in Iraq. It is a worthy and achievable goal deserving of tenacity and investment.
To free 23 mm people from a tyranny.

DJ and i seem to find it amusing, therefore its relevance is clearly established, counselor -g- .... very well, got three minutes to google here ... aha -

'The Chickenhawk Database has been moved' - nhgazette.com

'Give me a chicken feathery enough, and a hawk with which to fling it, and i shall move the database' ... or something .... yeah i know what you mean, c2, you're right, politics is a pretty stupid game when you watch each cut and thrust ..... it's supposed to be about character, yes, and while i would agree that the dictatorial character of Bush is to be deplored, nay rejected for all time, i don't see great things in the alternative character ..... 'reporting for duty', oh geez eh ... first thing i ever heard about this JFK was way back during VVAW days, that was all well and good, but hey it's 2004 now ...... at the same time, it was uncanny how many of the neocon/bushista pack had evaded the military .... and Limbaugh getting off with the 'anal cysts', that was priceless ... got to go, adiós

LOL, you're still around, and are just going to pretend that you didn't blow it by first accusing me of not knowing that Michael Herr and Phillip Caputo write fiction, and then not realizing that Michael Herr and Phillip Caputo also wrote non-fiction, including a book you said was fiction. Too funny.

Such people lose elections.

And although it may seem counterintuitive, failing to tout can come across as arrogance. "The man thinks he's entitled to the job. Phooey!"
