MAR$, Very well said. There are many parts of the bible, primarily the new testament, that have verses that mankind should follow, and it preaches love, humility, and peace, for all creatures. What I read in the new testament, is that Jesus said that all those that believe Him are the body of the church. This is a clear indication, to me, that the buildings that people congregate in, are not the "churches" within themselves, but merely places for the body of the church to meet. I find that I feel closest to the deity, that English speaking people call God, when I am in a forest, in the mountains, or near large bodies of water. Such a scene will humble any mere human being, and make him more receptive to the meaning of, and message, of God. To me, nothing is more peaceful than the wind in the trees, the rippling of water, and the sight of the forest animals as they go about their daily lives.
