er eh no. I bet you don't do it either. To tell the truth I don't believe Edwards did, but it is a sleazy tactic to approach a jury in such a way.

Wait...actually I know a lot of damned good attorneys that win or lose with integrity. I am not going to use that cliche.

Edwards was wrong to stoop to such tactics. He is definitely not incompetent or a loonie. He knows what he is doing. That is why I wish he hadn't. He was my pick for Pres in the primary. I thought he and Lieberman were the picks of the litter.
