The Bush markets are bubbles in both real estate and Wall Street. Greenspan has keep theor pumped up but it won't last. Bush's over-spending also created a "sugar high" growth spurt but now that's petering out too. Bottomline, fewer better paying jobs and less security, education and health care. Plus a lot more pollution and war.
