Kerry signed the same OCS contract I signed. 4 years on active duty and 4 years in the reserves. He did 3 years on active and didn't fulfill his reserve committment.

How does that compare to being a deserter like junior?

Are there exceptions to the contract that you may not know, but Kerry does and he took those since he was running to serve his country in the Congress? I don't know. I am asking you since you signed it.

Besides, I have not heard the Republicans make a bid deal out of this one and I wonder why?
