I don't think the Iraqis want any reparations. They just kicked Bush out when they realized he told them a lie. He wanted to loot and plunder their national treasure: oil but lied that he was going in to save them from Saddam.

No. Does Kerry favor both slavery and Iraq reparations? I know he's on record as supporting slavery reparations.
