Clinton, keeri, algore, the whole democrat senate, british, french , russian, the UN etc.,. said the same thing. man give it a break, you sound foolish

The things the people you cite said were probably helpful in convincing Saddam not to buy, develop or keep any WMD's. They had him convinced they were going to watch every move he made. But they didn't use trumped up and misleading evidence to go before Congress, the public and the UN with the intention of starting a costly preemptive war. Costly in terms of lives, worldwide credibility, and money.

Under junior our standing with other world countries is lower than I ever have known it to be. We are also less safe than ever. If junior had put one quarter of the resources into going after al quaeda instead of the war Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld, Perle and others (including junior I believe) had been dreaming of and planning for years we would be much safer. The war against terrorism would be going our way instead of the enemies too.
